A 55,000 acre privately owned parcel of wilderness, it also gives access to other hunting areas scattered throughout the South Islands Southern Alps. Careful game management plans are set in place and these, combined with strict limits on the number of hunts made available each year, help maintain the quality and abundance of game from season to season.
